Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Returns get processed every few days, if it has been more than 15 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse and you haven't received a notification that we received it, please send us a message to: orders@milkandhoneyboxes.com
Ordered the wrong size or don't like what you got? You're welcome to send it back for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please start a return request and select exchange via email. If available, the exchanged size will be mailed out to you upon receipt of the returned box.
